Virtual presentation/meeting is a demonstration, lecture, information session of discourse or conversations meant to inform, persuade, motivate, build goodwill, or present a new concept; through a digital medium such as a web video conferencing software where the host, presenter and attendees convene online.
One of the most prominent advantages of online presentation/meeting is that it can be conducted from anywhere, and the participants can likewise have access wherever there is an internet connection.



Virtual Presentations/Meetings Saves Time and Cost.

Online Presentations/meetings involves minimal cost and time compared to physical sessions. Virtual/online discussion needs a computer or smart device with a stable internet connection.

Conducting a physical Presentation/meeting requires accommodation costs, arrangements of facilities, travel expenses, etc., 

The attendees need to come from different locations may lead to delay in gathering all participants.  

As such, a physical meeting might become more extended than a virtual meeting, as you need to wait until all participants are fully present. 

Productivity is maximized as working from your base saves a lot of time and gives better coordination; while wastage is reduced by avoiding unnecessary trips and the attending discomforts and distractions. 


Setting a virtual presentation/meeting 

A virtual presentation/meeting can be completed in a few hours, whereas managing actual presentations/meetings takes more time.

Moreso, online presentation/meeting will actually save the risk of life. The issue of insecurity in the country, bad roads, accident, unforeseen circumstances and all.
You get to attend meeting without necessarily leaving your house or office. You don't have to fear attack or kidnapping which has almost become the order of the day in the country.


Therefore, an online Presentation/meeting is more cost-effective and saves time than a physical meeting.
